SINGLE DIRECTIONAL CLUTCH BEARING WITH ON/OFF SWITCHING FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A single directional clutch bearing useful for preventing reverse-revolution of a spinning reel for fishing is provided by comprising a simple structure for ensuring on/off switching function. CONSTITUTION: The bearing(20) comprises a housing(22) with an opened side and the other closed side; a number of rollers(34) to be accepted into the housing; an insert(24) having a number of retaining bars and a number of plane springs to carry the rollers and formed with bosses at top end of the retaining bars; a clutch lever(36) with a number of circular slits fitted by the bosses and a protruded tap for switching operation; and a cap to close the opened side of the housing.
