PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket-issuing machine, with which a long ticket will not be torn off or caught, when a client removes the ticket out of a ticket receiving port. SOLUTION: Each time a ticket is issued, required characters or numerals are printed on the surface of paper of the ticket fed from a roller ticket paper, the paper is cut into the required length and the ticket is issued to the client. In such a ticket issuing machine, a folder 11 having a folding mechanism for folding the printed long ticket paper is provided, after a printer 8 for prints the required characters or numerals on ticket paper 6 and a cutter 9 for cutting the printed long ticket paper to the required length.
