PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable purchasing of a train ticket, utilizing a ten key. SOLUTION: This machine is composed of the ten key provided on the body of the automatic ticket machine, a train ticket specifying means for specifying the train ticket by pressing the ten key, a guiding means for guiding the contents of that train ticket in voice, a determining means for determining the issue of the specified train ticket and an issue control means for generating and issuing the train ticket, when that train ticket to be issued is determined.
