PURPOSE: A signal transmitting film, a control signal part including the same and a liquid crystal display are provided to form a dummy lead wire positioned between a high voltage signal line and a low voltage signal line of a thin film transistor substrate, thereby preventing the movement of anion particles toward the high voltage signal line. CONSTITUTION: A signal transmitting film(300) includes a first signal line(301) applied with a first signal voltage, a second signal line(302) applied with a second signal voltage larger than the first signal voltage, and lead lines(310,320) positioned between the first and second signal lines, wherein the lead lines are to be dummy lead lines having a thickness of several to several tens of micrometer and applied with a voltage equal to the first signal voltage.
