PURPOSE: An apparatus for selectively connecting a sound site and a control method thereof are provided to prevent young people from connecting to a unsound site by respectively giving passwords to adult people among connectors registered as members, and by enabling young people connect to the sound sites without inputting passwords. CONSTITUTION: A connection unit(1) is connected by a young connector or an adult connector. A control unit(2) judges whether a connector is a young person or an adult person. In addition, the control unit(2) enables the young person to connect to a healthy connection unit(4) and the adult person to connect to an integrated connection unit(5) according to a judgement result. A switching unit(3) enables the connector connecting to the connection unit(1) according to a control signal of the control unit(2) to selectively connect to the healthy connection unit(4) or the integrated connection unit(5). The healthy connection unit(4) enables the young person to connect only to the sound sites through the switching unit(3). The integrated connection unit(5) enables the adult person to connect to all sorts of sites through the switching unit(3).
