PURPOSE: A system for processing receiving signals of a mobile communication network is provided to make an exchange confirm a service option of a receiver, and to change a caller's number into a calling message when the receiver performs data communication, to make the receiver receive the calling message with a short message, so that the exchange can recognize the transmitter's call even when the data communication is performed. CONSTITUTION: If a user performs data communication, an exchange(230) checks whether a speech call setup is requested from other terminal via a mobile communication network or other mobile communication network(300) and a PSTN(500), by using a mobile communication terminal(100). If so, the exchange(230) checks a service option of the mobile communication terminal(100) performing the data communication. The exchange(230) checks whether a receiving call reception function is set in the service option. If so, the exchange(230) provides a telephone number of the other terminal to a short message center(240), to generate a calling message. The exchange(230) transmits the generated calling message to the mobile communication terminal(100).
