PURPOSE: A floor crushing sound absorber using crushed waste tires and Styrofoam is provided to maximize the effects of economizing on energy by reducing a crushing sound and improving an insulating effect. CONSTITUTION: The floor crushing sound absorber using crushed waste tires and Styrofoam comprises a composite layer of Styrofoam and a rubber chip manufactured by mixing granule or fiber-based crushed waste tires with polymerized water-based acrylic emulsion polymer by emulsification-polymerization, then stirring in a stirrer sufficiently, applying and attaching the composite to Styrofoam(7) or the surface of Styrofoam(7) attached with a lath or spraying crushed waste tires and binder simultaneously, and is placed on a floor slab layer.
