PURPOSE: A process for preparing precious metal ornaments is provided to give the ornaments with desired shapes and/or designs identical to natural materials by directly applying an origination technique using the natural materials such as leaves, flowers and/or fruits of plants. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises several steps of applying a hardening agent to surface or rear side of a natural material as the subject of any desired design to secure its original shape(S11); applying a mixture of gold, silver or copper powder in alcohol or water to the other side opposite to the side coated with the hardening agent and drying it(S12); heating the natural material applied with both of the coating materials in an electric furnace to combust the natural material and the hardening agent; leaving only the gold, silver or copper component(S13); raising the temperature up to 370-430deg.C and keeping the temperature for 50 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes, then, increasing the temperature up to 770-830deg.C and keeping the temperature for 50 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes(S14); cooling the material to produce a prototype of the natural material(S15); and attaching accessaries to the prototype and to complete the precious metal ornament(S16).
