PURPOSE: A system and method for registration is provided to admit only a guaranteed person by executing an authentication procedure through an institution having a DB to confirm whether a user's resident registration number and name are exact. CONSTITUTION: An after-authentication registration system consists of a user PC(5), a web server(20), and an authentication server(10). The web server(20) comprises a communication module(20a), an authentication confirmation program(20c), a member DB(20d), and a server control part(20b). The communication module(20a) transmits and receives data. The authentication confirmation program(20c) transmits a user's resident registration number and name to the authentication server(10) when he tries to become a member, and confirms whether they are correct. The member DB(20d) stores personal information for a member authenticated by the confirmation of the authentication confirmation program(20c). The server control part(20b) controls all the functions of the web server(20). The authentication server(10) comprises a communication module(10a), a user information DB(10d), a comparison program(10c), and a server control part(10b). The communication module(10a) transmits and receives data with the web server(20) through the Internet. The user information DB(10d) stores the Korean nation's personal information. The comparison program(10c) compares the data received for an authentication request from the web server(20) with the data of the user information DB(10d). The server control part(10b) controls all the functions of the authentication server(10).
