PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a delivery of contents in a preset time zone without distinguishing storage contents from live contents and to preferentially deliver the contents for a viewing and listening requests of the storage contents from a viewer. SOLUTION: A delivery system of the contents comprises functions of starting and stopping a real time encoder, delivery reserving functions of forming desired delivery set information and setting the time zone for delivering the storage contents or the live contents at each delivery set information, a function capable of delivery reserving the delivery setting or delivery reserving relating to the delivery setting in the delivery reserving management via a network, and a function capable of setting and displaying the delivery reserving in the delivery reserving management only on a designated day.
