PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic form utilizing system by which an electronic document generated by an electronic document generation processing provided with a data protecting function can be presented via a network. SOLUTION: When a slip set-up person logs-in to an electronic form system 3 and inputs required matters, the system 3 transmits input data to the settler of a client 5. The settler of the client 5 logs-in to an electronic form system 6, examines slip contents by viewing the screen of an electronic slip obtained by synthesizing received input data with design data and performs settlement processing. The item entered by the slip set-up person is protected and cannot be changed by the settler. Only the user who has logged in to the protected item by a specified log-in name can release protection and perform an input and a change.
