PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital/analog converter and an analog/digital converter applied to various electric devices that avoid production of an improper level just after restart of reception of an input signal even when the input signal is temporarily stopped at gain control to effectively utilize a dynamic range. SOLUTION: The digital/analog converter 15 is provided with an input stop detection section 24 and preceding amplification factor/attenuation factor storage sections 27, 29. When the input stop detection section 24 detects stop of reception of an input signal, the preceding amplification factor/attenuation factor storage sections 27, 29 extract an amplification factor or an attenuation factor just before the stop and uses it for an amplification factor or an attenuation factor just after the restart of reception of the input signal to suppress improper level fluctuations. |
