PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an order unit price by collectively ordering the same parts. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a unit price master 11 for storing the relation between the number of ordered parts and the unit price of the parts and an order waiting memory 13 for temporarily storing order data including a part to be ordered, the number of ordered parts, the date of delivery and a product with the part included therein while attaching an order date to the order data. A unit price corresponding to the total number of orders of the respective numbers of order data for the same part, the order date stored in the order waiting memory of which exists within a regulated period from the present date is decided by using the unit price master, the ordered parts, the number of ordered parts, the date of delivery and the product including the part which are included in each piece of order data for the same part, the order date stored in the order waiting memory of which exists with the regulated period from the present date are carried separately in each of the respective order data, and one purchase order carrying the total number of the orders and the decided unit price is also prepared. A plurality of invoices stating the ordered part, the number of the ordered parts, the date of delivery and the product including the part are further prepared in each piece of order data. |
