PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to grasp the image of a measurement network system to be constructed through the Internet. SOLUTION: A selected image displaying means 10 displays a plurality of measuring instruments and a plurality of common function concepts needed to construct the measurement network system on an Internet homepage in a selectable way. A virtual measurement network system constructing means 12 prepares the component information and the operation method information of the virtual measurement network system, corresponding to the combination of a measuring instrument and a common function concept selected on the homepage. A virtual measurement network system space displaying means 14 displays the virtual measurement network system space prepared on the basis of the component information and the operation method information or a virtual measurement network system space selected among preliminarily prepared virtual measurement network system spaces on the homepage. |
