PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation service system capable of performing a reservation service processing without issuing ticket. SOLUTION: An IC card 11 is mounted on a user terminal 20 and a reservation processing including payment of a price with a surrogate settlement service company 40 is performed via the IC card 11. Information such as the reservation contents regarding reservation is registered in a data base 41 and also recorded in the IC card 11 as a sale and purchase certificate 13. In addition, the amount paid in advance by a user is registered in the data base 41 and its remaining balance is compared with the price of the service reserved this time in the case of the reservation processing. When the amount runs short, a shortfall is replenished in an account of a banking facility 50 from the user terminal 20.
