SOLUTION: Receive data 0 or En are Viterbi-coded successively from the head, and data required for deciding the data rate are extracted successively and the data rate is decided at a point of time when receive data E1, E2, E3 or En having the possibility of an end bit position required for deciding the data rate are Viterbi-coded. |
