摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a high throughput glass ceramic substrate with an extremely high dimension accuracy by reliably constraining the sintering shrinkage of a glass ceramic green sheet. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the glass ceramic substrate comprises processes for manufacturing the laminate of the glass ceramic green sheet where a conductor pattern is formed so that a number of substrate regions are arranged and formed on the surface and for forming a groove for dividing a number of substrate regions into each part at least on one surface of the laminate (i), laminating a constraint green sheet containing a sintering-retardant inorganic material and glass on both the surfaces of the laminate (ii), removing an organic constituent from the laminate and is sintered, and for manufacturing a glass ceramic substrate retaining the constraint sheet (iii), and removing the constraint sheet from the substrate (iv), and the glass content of the constraint sheet is equal to quantity for essentially preventing the constraint green sheet from being shrunk within the lamination surface while connecting to the glass ceramic green sheet in burning (v).
