PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dazzling preventing method effective for an evaporative phenomenon when an automobile passes by another automobile running on an opposite lane at night. SOLUTION: A light source 1 is provided with a polarizing filter 2 for the light source 1, which has the vibrational direction inclined relative to a vertical direction, and observations are carried out through a polarizing filter 4 for a visual sense, which has the same vibrational direction as the filter 2. A hole 3 is made in part of the filter 2.
