PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure electrical connection of a shield system and reduce the number of part items so as to lower the cost in a shielded connector connecting a shield electric wire 12 to an apparatus 10. SOLUTION: A male connector 14 is provided with a male housing 18 fixed to the apparatus 10, a shield pipe 20 brought into contact with a shield case 10a of the apparatus 10, and a terminal holder 22 holding a male terminal 24 inside the shield pipe 20. A female connector 16 is provided with a female housing 42 allowed to be inserted into the shield pipe 20 while housing a female connector 34 and a rear case 44 connected to the rear end side of the female housing 42. A spring contact member 48 electrically connecting a conductive ring 46 installed onto a shield layer 12c to the shield pipe 20 in the male connector 14, an electric wire seal member 50 forming a watertight seal between the rear case 44 and the shield electric wire 12, and a housing seal member 52 forming a watertight seal between the rear case 44 and the male housing 18 are built in the rear case 44.
