PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent short-circuiting even if a terminal having a wrong corresponding relation with respect to an electrode part is brought into contact with a screw shaft. SOLUTION: An insulating coating 32 of resin is coated on the head parts 13a2, 13b2 of the screw shafts 13a, 13b, and are raised with the shafts insulated from the electrode part. When the terminal having a correct corresponding relation are assembled, since the conductive surface 31 around the insulating coating is brought into contact with the terminal, they are put in a conducting state. Even if a terminal having a wrong corresponding relation is attempted to be assembled and the terminal is brought into contact with the screw shafts 13a, 13b, no short-circuiting is caused because the screw shafts 13a, 13b are insulated.
