PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unexpected track jump and read error from occurring while controlling such deterioration of operability as a moving speed of a tray is slow. SOLUTION: In both cases where a disk reproducing means is reproducing a disk and not reproducing it, in a configuration in which a tray provided with a turntable can be moved to a housing position and to an ejecting position, a tray driving means moves the tray at a low speed when the disk reproducing means is performing reproduction of the disk (step 2), and the tray driving means moves the tray at a high speed when the disk reproducing means is not performing reproduction of the disk (step 11).
