PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal equipment for double-sided recording the received double-sided image without dividing the image when the double-sided image is larger than a recording sheet and recording and outputting so that the double-sided recorded part is cut so as to be easily acquired. SOLUTION: When the image is double-sided received via a communication unit 16, there is the case that the received image is larger than the size of the recording sheet set during communication or the case that there is not a recording sheet of a set size. Then, when a recording sheet of the size of the image is filled in a recording unit 15, its recording sheet is selected, and double-side recording is conducted. Or, the image is contracted so that the image falls within the sheet of a set size or less, and the double-side recording is conducted. In either case, since the sheet has a margin, the image of the rear surface is recorded on an area corresponding to the recording area of the image of the front surface, and a mark such as a broken line or the like is recorded in a boundary of the recording areas. When the sheet is cut along the mark, an unnecessary margin is cut, and hence a recorded sheet of only the image is obtained.
