PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a circuit highly efficient. SOLUTION: A bias circuit 4 is adjustable in bias for a transistor 1. An input matching circuit 2 and an output matching circuit 3 are adjustable in impedance. In the bias circuit 4, the bias is adjusted so that a desirable output power of the power amplifier circuit is obtained. In the input matching circuit 2 and the output matching circuit 3, those impedances are adjusted so that the power efficiency is maximized.
