PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of users' and sponsors' demerit of the URL information of a WWW broadcast in a radio advertisement which is not usually caught by users. SOLUTION: A receiver 30 receives broadcast signals 20. A recognizing part 32 extracts URL information from the received broadcast signals 20 by the use of image recognition or voice recognition. An information link 38 writes the information in the program table of radio or TV. When a request for URL information is made by users, the program table is retrieved, and the required URL is delivered to the users.
