PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating apparatus using liquid pressure which is compact, low cost and superior in reliability. SOLUTION: A driver 5, operated by using operating fluid supplied from an accumulator 15, is provided. A control part 11 for liquid pressure comprises a control port 19 for selectively supplying or discharging the pressure fluid; a port 20 for supplying the liquid interconnected to the accumulator 15; a port 22 for discharging the liquid interconnected to a low pressure chamber; a valve 24 for discharging liquid, which opens and closes a path between the ports 19, 22; a valve 23 for supplying liquid, which opens and closes a path between the port 19, 20; an operating valve 117 for opening the path, which discharges the pressure fluid to operate to open the valve 24 and close the valve 23; and an operating valve 119 for closing the path which discharges the pressure fluid to operate to close the valve 24 and open the valve 23 and all component in the control part is disposed in a single case 113.
