PURPOSE: Provided is an acryl-based plastisol composition excellent in storage-stability at an ordinary temperature and mechanical properties, which can be used for underbody-coating of a car or sealing. CONSTITUTION: The acryl-based plastisol composition comprises 100pts.wt. of copolymer particles containing alkyl(meth)acrylate and monomers capable of self-crosslinking, 80-200pts.wt. of a plasticizer, and/or 0-300pts.wt. of a water-insoluble inorganic filler, and/or an auxiliary and an additive, wherein the monomer capable of self-crosslinking is N-isobutoxy methyl acrylamide and N-butoxy methyl acrylamide. And the plastisol composition is gelated when heating at 100-200deg.C for 5-60 minutes.
