<p>PURPOSE: A method is provided which manufactures zinc sulfate, manganese sulfate and ferrous sulfate by using zinc ore, electric furnace dust of steelworks, scrap iron, ferromanganese, manganese dioxide and zinc material discharged from a tin and zinc coating plant. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing zinc sulfate, manganese sulfate and ferrous sulfate by using zinc ore, electric furnace dust of steelworks, scrap iron, ferromanganese, manganese dioxide and zinc material of a tin and zinc coating plant comprises the processes of injecting 6 wt.% of zinc ore, 6 wt.% of electric furnace dust of the steelworks, 6 wt.% of ferromanganese, 6 wt.% of zinc material of the tin and zinc coating plant, 3 wt.% of iron scrap and 3 wt.% of manganese dioxide into a sulfuric acid solution containing 1200 g of water and 600 g of sulfuric acid; filtering the reacted solution after reacting the mixture by heating the materials to 95 deg.C for 5 hours; removing heavy metals by putting a certain amount (about 1/5 of ferromanganese) of zinc powder into the filtered solution; and obtaining zinc sulfate, manganese sulfate and ferrous sulfate by filtering the heavy metal removed solution, and concentrating and drying the filtered solution.</p> |
