PURPOSE: A fin tube type heat exchanger and manufacturing method of the same are provided to improve heat exchanging performance by forming fins on an inside and an outside of a tube. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger(100) includes a tube(10) where fluid contacting an inside and an outside thereof exchanges heat; a plurality of first fins(20) dividing inside diameter of the tube and successively formed in axial direction from one end to the other end of the tube; a second fin(30) successively and spirally formed on an outside diameter of the tube in axial direction to expand heat exchanging area; and a plurality of micro fins(21) successively protruding on surfaces of the first fins at fixed heights.
