SYSTEM FOR DESIGNING AND ENGINEERING ARCHITECTURE AND METHOD FOR OPERATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A system for designing and engineering architecture and method for operating the same are provided to overcome temporal, spatial and human restrictive factors in architectural design through the Internet and to meet a client's design request in a most efficient and economical method. CONSTITUTION: A client accesses a server system(102) using a client system(101) and transfers information about the contents of a building he wants to entrust. The server system(102) having a database(103) receives the design request from the client system(101), stores the data in the database(103), and maintains and updates various design data related to the requested design. A server operator system(104) reviews the contents of the design request inputted to the server system(102) and transfers a plan concerning architectural design and information for design particulars to the client. A project manager system(105) concludes a contract related to architectural design with the client, makes an actual design carried out, and manages it. A project executor system(106) executes the design actually.
