PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell enabled to simplify a manufacturing process, and to provide a manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: For the cell comprising an electric power generating element 2 composed by winding a positive pole plate 21 and a negative pole plate 22 with a separator 23 between them, and positive and negative pole leads 4, 5 of which, one ends are connected with the positive pole plate 21 and the negative pole 22 respectively so as to become parallel with the winding axis of the electric power generating element 2, and an insulation film 3 wrapping the electric power generating element 2 so as to make the other ends of the respective leads 4, 5 stretch outsides, the insulation film 3 is made continuous in the direction of a face with the side end part of outer periphery of the winding of the wound positive pole plate 21, the negative pole plate 22, or the separator 23. For the manufacturing method, the insulation film 3 is made continuous at the side end part of outer peripheral of the winding of the positive pole plate 21, the negative pole plate 22, or the separator 23 in advance, and the positive and negative pole leads 4, 5 are connected, and the electric power generating element 2 is manufactured, and afterwards, the insulation film 3 is wrapped by continuously winding the power generating element 2, and sealed. |
