PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card by which accesses can be managed for every file, area and record when plural persons share one IC card. SOLUTION: The IC card 120 has an external interface 121 and an electrically programmable memory 125 in which the files to be shared by the plural persons are stored. The programmable memory 125 is provided with a collation filed for judging whether the collation of an inputted password cord (PIN1) is required or not and a PIN1 preservation field for storing the password code when the collation of the password code is required in the collation filed. A CPU 124 judges the property of the access of the file by the collation of the password code in the PIN preservation field. |
