PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image distributing method, capable of reducing the load on an image distributing side device, preventing the increase of the traffic of a network, and distributing image, corresponding to respective terminals and the picture transmitting device, and to provide a router device. SOLUTION: An image transmitter 32 transmits image data by adding screening information, and a router device 34 of the network which receives the image data selects the image data, having the scanning information corresponding to the network environment of the respective distribution routes, and transmits the image data to the respective distribution routes. Thus, it is not necessary for the image transmitter 32 to distribute the plural kinds of image data to the respective terminals, and it is possible to prevent increase in the network traffic. Also, respective terminals can also receive optimal image data which match with the network environment. |
