PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion film, a photoelectric conversion electrode, and a photoelectric conversion element with very small dispersion, good reproducibility of property, and stable quality when compared with the above as of old, which are advantageously applied, for example, to a pigment sensitized solar cell. SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion element is composed of a photoelectric conversion electrode, an opposite pole, and an electrolyte contacting with above electrodes, and the photoelectric conversion electrode comprises a substrate with conductive surface, a titanium oxide film formed on the conductive film, and an organic pigment adsorbed on the surface of the titanium oxide film, and the titanium oxide film is a porous sintered body formed by sintering a mixture of dispersion fluid containing titanium oxide particle and a precursor of titanium oxide. |
