PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding machine which makes its overall size small and enables to make a faster and securer winding. SOLUTION: Each center of linear guides 39, 41 is disposed in each center position of linear rails 38, 40 and on an axial line of a spindle shaft 21 when a nozzle 2 is located at the central part of a winding section of a core M. That is, a nozzle holder 14 moves in the winding section in such a manner that the distance of shift of the linear rail 40 fixed on the nozzle holder 14 relative to the linear guide 41 fixed on a slide plate 18, and the distance of shift of the linear guide 39 fixed on the nozzle holder 14 relative to the linear rail 39 fixed on a flier 3 from the axial center of the spindle shaft 21 are equal. From the above, the movement of the nozzle holder 14 in the winding section from the axial line of the spindle shaft becomes equal. As a result, the flier 3 made small, and a main body 6 which supports the flier 3 can also be made small. Rotational speed of the flier 3 can be raised by making the flier 3 small since the inertia force becomes small. |
