PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing method of a magnet which materializes a magnetic flux distribution which excels in a commutation improvement at a low cost without making the polarizing device complicated. SOLUTION: A blower motor 1 is a two-pole DC motor which has two magnets 2, 3 which are face-arranged holding an armature 4 between them on a curved inner periphery of a motor housing 7. The magnets 2, 3 are provided with main magnet pole parts 2a, 3a and extension parts 2b, 3b which are extended to the ends of the main magnet pole parts 2a, 3a. When polarizing the magnets 2, 3 a second polarization which gives a strong magnetic field in a reverse direction of a first polarization is applied to only the proximity portion of the respective starting points of the extension parts 2c, 3c which is formed by extending from the respective ends of the main magnet pole parts 2a, 3a, after the first polarization applying a strong magnetic field to the entire magnets 2, 3 in the same direction. |
