PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a short delivery period in normal production method, concerning a production method, and to provide a production plan method for textile. SOLUTION: For twist yarn production, which occupies a quarter of textile production period, the storing of twisted yarn is performed in advance by estimated production to omit the process. Next, the regular production period is shortened, by performing the production of textile in parallel by means of a plurality of looms. Hereby, in a normal textile production process, short-period production is also made possible. Moreover, stored twisted yarns, necessary for production of ordered textile, is searched for and looms for parallel production are reserved, so that in an usual textile production process, a short-term production plan can be materialized. Moreover, the half-finished stock in a dyeing plant is reduced, and the appointed date of delivery after the completion of dyeing process can be put forward.
