PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone whose SAR(specific absorption rate) can be distributed. SOLUTION: The mobile phone 10 is provided with 4 very small antennas 20. The very small antennas 20 are used to send/receive the same signal at the same time. When a user uses the mobile phone 10, the transmission power is distributed to the very small antennas 20 so as to distribute the proximity electric field to the head 30 of the user because of the 4 radiation sources. As a result, the SAR can be reduced without weakening a radio wave to a radio base station. That is, the radiation power from each of the very small antennas 20 is 1/4 of the radiated power of one antenna and then the SAR can be reduced to 1/4.
