PURPOSE: An electronic stabilizer having an improved output property is provided to suppress the blackening and reduce the power consumption by stabilizing an output waveform outputted to a lamp at abnormal state. CONSTITUTION: A rectification unit(200) rectifies an input AC(Alternating Current) signal and supplies a DC(Direct Current) voltage. A lamp driving unit(300') receives the DC voltage applied from the rectifying unit(200) and turns on a lamp. A lamp units(400) receives the DC voltage rectified in the rectification unit(200) to turn on the lamp. The lamp driving unit(300') comprises first and second bypass units(310,320). The first and second bypass units(310,320) are respectively connected to a base of each of first and second driving transistors(Q1,Q2). The first and second bypass units(310,320) comprises a third and a fourth transistors(Q3,Q4) for bypassing a portion of base currents of the first and second driving transistors(Q1,Q2), in case that outputs of the first and second transistors(Q1,Q2) are greater than a predetermined level.
