PURPOSE: Provided is a mesh type elastic graft polymer for oil-absorption, which has excellent elasticity and improved selective absorption and adsorption for oil and can be used for oil absorbing products such as oil fences and adsorbing fabric. CONSTITUTION: The mesh type elastic graft polymer is produced by graft-polymerizing and crosslinking 10-50wt% of a rubber having the content of unsaturated bonds being 8-12% and excellent light-resistance, 37-83wt% of aliphatic or aromatic vinyl monomers having C3-C18 straight or branched substituents, 2.5-20wt% of a crosslinking agent, and 1-10wt% of an initiator at 50-120deg.C for 6-120 hours under nitrogen or argon gas, wherein the rubber is at least one or two selected from the group consisting of polybutadiene, poly(styrene-co-butadiene), and poly(ethylene-co-propylene).
