The window raiser has a guide rail (2) of the sliding contact (1). This contact has a body with an internal cavity (10) which opens on the sliding surface of the sliding contact, on the rail (2) by an opening (11,12), and an orifice (13) for permitting injection of a dose of grease in the cavity after mounting of the sliding contact on the rail. The sliding contact also has, on its lower wall, a second orifice (13') blocked by the top end of the rod (20) which acts as a piston for evacuating the grease when the sliding contact, for the first time, abuts against the lower abutment (15) of the rail.
