The invention concerns a reinforced concrete drain element built in a single piece comprising at least a base (2) two opposite wings (3, 4), with globally U-shaped cross-section and having at each of its ends, forming connection surfaces (P), interlocking linking means designed to co-operate with complementary means of a consecutive element, when abutted. The invention is characterised in that each of the jointing means of each of the ends are identical in shape and dimensions and consist of a first part forming a rib (5) shaped like a half U extending gradually on one of the wings (3) of the element (1) from a vertical median plane (PMV), forming an axis of symmetry (XY), and of a second part forming a groove (6) likewise shaped like a half U tapering in the extension of the first, on the other wing (4) of the element (1) from said axis of symmetry (XY).
