PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof tape which restrains rising of contact resistance at an interface of an aluminum foil and a semi-conductive film, and which is excellent in adhesive quality between the aluminum foil and the semi- conductive film and in waterproof performance, and to provide a waterproof power cable of a long life which is better in waterproof performance, and which maintains stable electrical characteristics for a long term, using this tape. SOLUTION: The waterproof tape 10 wherein at least a plastic film 14 is laminated on one side of the aluminum foil 12, and on the other side of the aluminum foil, the semi-conductive film 18 is laminated by thermal pressure fitting through a conductive adhesive agent layer 20 of lower melting point than a base resin of the semi-conductive film 18, and the waterproof power cable having a waterproof layer using the waterproof tape 10. |
