PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce examination cost and labor and time in an on-line TV program rating system, and reduce the load of a monitor household and realize data collection at arbitrary times. SOLUTION: TV control remote commanders 11-1 to 11-n, into which a data transmission and reception system of PHS is incorporated are lent out to respective households 1-1 to 1-n as a monitor or each person of its family member. The respective remote commanders 11-1 to 11-n record its operation history data in a built-in RAM, and the PHS system transmits it to a mail box 43 in a network at a prescribed period. A data accumulation center 4 accesses the mail box 43 by each fixed period or at arbitrary times, the operation history data is fetched into a data server, and the data is analyzed, thereby obtaining a household program rating or program rating of individuals. |
