PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner rotor type high-speed rotary machine of a simple structure, the vibration of which is reduced greatly, when it is rotated at a high speed. SOLUTION: In this inner rotor type high-speed rotary machine 10, two or more rotor assemblies 32A, 32B are jointed to structure a rotor 30, and on the jointed parts of the rotor assemblies 32A, 32B, rotor balance correcting plates 40A to 40C are provided.
