PURPOSE: An apparatus for repairing doors of a coke oven is provided which safely rests the doors on the repairing stand as simply maintaining the doors horizontal, and effectively dismantles latching of the doors. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for repairing doors of a coke oven is characterized in that a clamp type manipulator part consists two manipulators(22,22') each of which are installed on a base, and a base fixing part, wherein springs are equipped at the upper outer side of the manipulators(22,22'), an insertion groove and a rectangular hole are formed on a base, a hollow pipe(44) into which an elastic member is rested is formed at the center of the base fixing part, rollers are equipped at the upper inner surface of the base fixing part, a fixing hole(42) is formed at the lower part of the right side of the base fixing part, a plurality of U shaped support plates(15,15') are equipped at both sides of a repairing stand of the coke oven doors, a hole(11) larger than an outer diameter of the hollow pipe(44) and symmetrical holes(12,12') each of which are positioned at both sides of the hole(11) are formed at the lower part between the U shaped support plates(15,15'), and driving rollers(110,110') are installed at the lower part of the repairing stand. |
