摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is lanthanum-substituted bismuth titanate, Bi4-xLaxTi3O12 (x=0.55-1.05), thin films with no fatigue phenomenon and homogeneous ferroelectric characteristics by sol coating method. The preparation method saves the cost and enables mass production without forming and sintering. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method comprises the steps of: dissolving lanthanite, bismuthate and titanate into acidic water(pH 0.1-3), alcoholic organic solvent, or mixed solvent thereof by heating under 150deg.C for a sol(0.3-2M) having a Ba : La : Ti molar ratio being 0.33-3.9 : 0.55-1.05 : 3; coating a substrate, electrode metal(Pt, Ir, Ru, etc.), with the sol by dipping or spin coating; drying between room temperature and 650deg.C; thermal treating at 400-700deg.C in O2 or air atmosphere. The used lanthanite, bismuthate and titanate are inorganic salts, organic salts or alkoxides.
