PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize efficient cash withdrawal processing by an ATM at a low cost. SOLUTION: A cash dispenser terminal 102, for withdrawing cash from an account, is equipped with an IC card reader/writer 108 and an electronic money processing module 103, and is equipped with a means that detects an IC card with a specific electronic money application 105 being inserted into the IC card reader/writer 108, reads the value stored in the electronic money application 105, calculates an amount which is not more than the amount corresponding to the value read and which can be withdrawn from the amount of cash stored in the cash dispenser terminal and conditions of combinations of bills and coins, etc., withdraws the value corresponding to the calculated amount from the electronic money application 105, and discharges the cash corresponding to the calculated amount. |
