PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a framework in which a user can easily and freely participate in electronic shopping with respect to various pieces of merchandise in the position of a selling side. SOLUTION: A plurality of pieces of merchandise information are stored, and an advertisement is automatically generated in regard to merchandise selected by the user. The generated advertisement is distributed to a person designated by the user through a communication network. When a purchase request for the merchandise is received from the person who has received the distributed advertisement, an external payment processing system is requested to make a payment for the merchandise, and merchandise order reception is determined on the basis of the results of the payment processing. When the order reception is determined, prescribed points are given to the user and/or the person who receives the distributed advertisement. Prescribed favorable treatment is conducted to the persons holding points in accordance with the points. |
