SOLUTION: A customer side system 10 sends desirable purchase merchandise, a desirable date of delivery, a desirable price and a date of delivery-price priority to a seller side system 12. In the seller side system, a production load calculating means 36 calculates a production load on the basis of data from a production distribution management computer 40 and a production load real results data storing means 38. A merchandise price calculating means 32 decides a merchandise price corresponding to a date of delivery by taking the production load into consideration. The details of merchandise sales are decided from the relations between the date of delivery and the price requested by the customer and the date of delivery and the merchandise price in the seller. |
