<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna switch device causing the transmitting signals of both two different frequency bands not to leak to a receiving circuit. SOLUTION: When a transmitting signal of a first frequency band is transmitted, the voltage of a first switching terminal 18 is turned into a high level, the voltage of a second switching terminal 19 is turned into a low level, a third switching diode 12 and a first switching diode 10 are turned ON, a first transmitting circuit 3 is connected with an antenna 1, and the end of a first microstrip line 16 is grounded in high frequency. When a transmitting signal of a second frequency band is transmitted, the voltage of the second switching terminal 19 is turned into a high level, the voltage of the first switching terminal 18 is turned into a low level, a fourth switching diode 13 and a second switching diode 11 are turned ON, a second transmitting circuit 4 is connected with the antenna 1, and a point in the middle of the first microstrip line 16 is grounded in high frequency.</p> |
